An accumulation system that will store products while downstream operations are temporarily inoperable. The product is fed in a straight line while the upstream operations are functioning. Products in storage will be reintroduced to the line on a first-in-first-out basis or last-in-first-out if you prefer.
With the flexibility of the machine, you decide how you want to operate the Rotary Accumulator Series 5. And for ease of use, operators can effectively access the Series 5 for maintenance or operative purposes. While the machine is running, your products will be stored in a safe manner. The heavy-duty construction of the Rotary Accumulator Series 5 is adaptable to existing lines or with a new line.
For a time efficient system, the Series 5 includes storage of three to five minutes, as well as fast changeover for various sizes. With an optional washdown design, this machine is effective and efficient. The rotary drum concept utilizes vertical headspace in the proper manner, ensuring that you and your products have the necessary space for proper production.
