Orion's HCP and HCG give users the ability to incorporate a semi-automatic stretch wrapper into an existing conveyor line, or add gravity and accumulating conveyors for faster processing of loads. The HCP-56 is built on the H-66 frame yet incorporates the heavy-duty turntable components of Orion's FA Series.
The HCP-56 is a versatile stretch wrapping system specifically designed to add to existing conveyor lines. Utilizing this stretch wrapper allows product to be quickly transported and stretch wrapped.
Features on the HCP-56 include front and rear forklift portability, Allen Bradley PLC controllers, a 52-inch conveyor width, a maximum weight capacity of up to 4,000 pounds, and an optional conveyor soft start feature.
