ABOUT THIS ITEM

The Spartan Wrap-Around is a compact wrap-around system for cartons, case and trays that can run at speeds of up to 20 cartons per minute. It’s method of operation is:

• Forms blank (corrugated or paperboard) into a “U” shape and transports it to product load station
• Product loaded manually or by optional automatic product loading/collating device
• Loaded package moves through series of closure/end flap gluing stations. Gluing is done by a hot melt extruding system
• For full wrap-around style, right angle transfer device accommodates side joint (flap) gluing.
• Carton/Case/Tray is discharged as a completed package
